      Good managers, understand your concerns, allow you to learn

      Cons

      Very bad transport facility. Too much politics in transport department, cost cutting involved in loos too, where they dont keep tissues. Very bad vendor for food. No action from management due to too much commissioning system

      Pros

      Work culture at Aricent is fine when it comes to the cultural events and work life balance (as compared with other companies). A person can spend sufficient time of his life in the company provided he has good relations with the upper management.

      Cons

      - Lack of good projects. Short duration projects which hamper the career growth of an employee because a person cannot just learn a completely new technology after a month or two. - Hard work is not given importance but the bootlicking is.
