Late (extremely late) joining, uncaring attitude of most seniors, no acknowledgement of work done, chance of getting fired anytime for any reason.

Pros

The initial training for 3 months is good. Some of the teams are good where one can get to do new development tasks.

Cons

Some of the teams are very poorly managed. The way of their working is very hierarchical. The work done is the maintenance of a old archaic software. They have not increased salary for freshers for last 10 years.

Very good company. Free environment, flexible timings and no boundings. For freshers the give training on C at gurgaon. Which is Nalanda training. Training is very very good. You will never get such kind of training anywhere.

Salary hike is not good for experienced
