1. Excellent training for freshers. 2. If lucky you might end up in some great projects. 3. Onsite opportunities.

Cons

1. Politics 2. For some projects work life balance is very disturbed. 3. Technical leaders don't have the same quality as it was before. 4. Management is only worried about their release and don't think of engineers.

It is pleasure working in Aricent for its work culture and flexible working timings. This is my first company and i liked the way they train new joiners. Training's are very useful to build your skills and career They are very concerned about the quality of the product and make sure all employees keep up to their standards

Cons

Salary for freshers are higher then for the experienced employees. Transport facility is not provided
