      Great learning atmosphere as a fresher in the industry. Great technologies to learn in the area of telecommunications and networking.

      Cons

      The location is not the best in Gurgaon. Furthermore, your mileage depends on the unit, manager and the team you are assigned to.

      Highly technical work Challenging assignments that lead to intellectual growth and domain knowledge enhancement. Flexi hours and relaxed environment in most projects.

      Cons

      Low difference between cash payouts to low performing and excellent performing individuals . Multiple policy updates performed without communicating to employees. Average CTC offered , which is lower than that provided by competitors across the industry. This has remained constant for >7-8 years now .. imagine that ..
