      Good work-life balance(in some projects) , good health insurance

      Cons

      Bad projects, managers don't care about your situation until things get bad. Quality has dropped a lot since the fusion of Altran and capgemini.

      - everyone must help the others - humanity in jobs (it seems depends of the agency which you work for) - salairy raised compared to the others comparables compagnies

      Cons

      - too many jobs without interesting things - customers have got it systems outdated - low leverages to lift your career
