      Coffee and drinks in the kitchen

      Cons

      No specific jobs or projects. Wasting time always with new but not possible job offers. Only online working is possible. You see nobody from your team or your management. Always reorganization, endless Teams meeting with unskilled and incompetent managers. Totally keep away for your career.
