- Very good technically strong people - Good Projects to work on - Ample space for you to learn if you are very hungry for knowledge

Cons

- Hire and fire mode. The moment you lose a little steam in your work you will be flagged for review. - Too many senior managers ,directors and VPs . Not sure why you need so many of them. Its partly because of this they always put pressure on sending people off mostly to save their back. - A lot of politics do happen here.

* Easy environment. * Good compensation. * Flexible timings. * Perks are good like Family Health insurance, Food card. * Work from home depends project to project.

Cons

* Limited on-site opportunities. * 15 % variable part in salary which is too high. * Most of the managers take so much interest in having unnecessary long status meetings. 2-3 status meetings are very common. * They boast of following Agile, but unfortunately don't even know what agile is. * Most of the managers lack in having knowledge on latest technologies. * Used to hear employees been fired or a list is ready. Lot of insecurity among employees. * No bench strength policy.
