      - Good projects. Engineers can lean a lot in Manual Testing, Automation, Feature Testing, Functional Testing, Scale Testing - Good salary increment - Much better in other service MNCs - Aricent is good for ppl who really wants to work and learn, Not for who spends time in cafeteria and doesn't want to do work. - Flexible timing and free snacks.

      Cons

      - Less recognization. - Sometimes project load allows engineers to work till late night. - Rest are nothing.
