Pros
Great training process, I gained valuable knowledge in the domain of verification and System Verilog, however, the knowledge wasn't very applicable on my first project.
Cons
It happened twice that I spent 3 months without a project. I mostly did debugging of written tests and I was overall confused with the system we were working on. The ratio between the number of senior and junior engineers wasn't ideal.
