      Excellent opportunities for you if you are flexible to take up larger and complex responsibilities to grow. Great learning opportunites and a plethora of learning options and materails via Coursera, Pluralsight, Next etc. Encourage all level of employees even D2 and above also to learn and upskill. Excellent EM certification program for all engagment managers from EML0(foundation), L1, L2, L3 with regular refresher and Knowledge sessions from EM communitity. *Employee must be open and flexible to grab opportunities to get benefitted.

      Delay in getting information/communication. No yearly budget for salary correction in the last 3 years.
