Cons
1. Highly matrixed organization. 2. Significant salary disparity for long timers in the organization. Laterals at the same level and in some cases laterals with less than 10 years of experience are being offered more than 60% of what an long timer is getting. 3. Designation in the company is decided based on the salary you get and not on your skills or experience.
