When you join as a fresher then you have to undergo a training which will help you to give a deep knowledge about the technology. Capgemini provides a full fledged training from scratch to new joiners which is best in industry. Also the environment and other employees are very friendly. If you have any problem, go to your mentor they will not hesitate to help you out
Cons
During training you might face problems in time management but I think that happens with every fresher.
