Cons
After pandemic , the company has touched nasty level of communication, almost every engineer is jobless, forcing them to leave, lots and hell lots of lies by senior managers, they are playing a blame game and govt rules has prohibited them to lay off, so a new game has begun. Just apply every soap drama method to make employees leave. I left and for good. Mental harrasment is one word for it.
