Pros
The workplace is quite comfortable and nice, working times are very flexible (if needed)
Cons
Very slow career progress with limited chances for promotion (which is the only way to increase your salary), limited amount of fields to work in, below average salaries in the region, external training is very tightly budgeted on an immediate-need-only basis, senior managers are very harsh and pushy, frequent fluctuations in tasks to do (sometimes too many things at once, often nothing to do)
