Capgemini is very clear about its vision and expectations. Capgemini has very well-defined core values and policies & good culture. Capgemini care about its customers and employees. Capgemini always encourages employees to learn technology in their respective skills.
Cons
Capgemini has Hybrid working model. Capgemini cares about employees. If anyone has emergency, or any such situation for not able to join office then they can take required approval and WFH base upon agreed timeline.
