i have spent almost 8 years in this organization. The culture, values, ethics are all in place. There is work life balance as long as you finish your work in time. Compensation is not bad either for rightly skilled people A healthy environment, good culture and values
Cons
First thing: The salary is too bad for the long timers. Reward to long term employees: Revoke the benefits which was mentioned in the offer letter long time back during Kanbay time Growth is really a problem in this organization unless you have very good contacts within. Sometimes unrealistic expectations The support functions are a really really bad. They have such an unprofessional attitude. God save this Org. (may be same in all organizations, I have not seen many).
