Pros
It is a good learning experience as you will be working in a stressful work environment. Since many people do not like to take the stress, putting in extra effort may land you rewards.
Cons
There are many Cons to this company. Firstly, the HR is a lying, cheating bunch. Their first tactic with you is to promise you a raise or to correct your pay a few months after you join. This will never happen mind you. Your peers maybe getting paid much more or much less than you causing team rifts. The HR is not too supportive and will try to extract as much benefit for themselves as they can. Same is the culture with the management. All this is very visible in the first few months of working itself. Be careful while joining this ridiculous firm!
