Pros

The company has a very loose and easy going culture. They are responsive to family needs and try to balance the work / life equation.

Cons

Compensation and incentives. Capgemini's incentives are decent - profit sharing and year end bonuses. The problem is the forced distribution of employee year end ratings which are directly tied to the bonuses. Base compensation is severely below industry standards which cause a high volume of turnover from the best people - both on and offshore.
