Pros

1. Day-to-day is completely client-focused. Fidelity Investments is a great client and allows personal development as well (for learning new technologies and getting industry certified)

Cons

1. Should the client decide to move you to other locations, Capgemini will not reallocate you to another client. They require you to move. 2. In US, the immigration department is not the best. Visa renewals were very stressful and the company didnt do anything to improve it. 3. Certifications are expensive. Not all clients are like Fidelity and have trainers onsite. Should you want to pursue certification on your own, you might have to pay some amount out of pocket. The reimbursement is very less or nil in certain cases. The company training is outdated and might not be relevant to your situation.
