      My life and career into toss with capgemini

      nothing as such as i was there only for 4 months

      Cons

      They selected me for a functional role for a particular project, i joined CG bangalore, after a month i realized the project was cancelled , they moved me to chennai, then after 2 months no project allocated based on my skills so they told me to go to Pune which i said no, next day i was fired out of the company immediately So when you go to Capgem beware of such things,

      great for lazy people who just want a "job" and nothing else, not even work.

      Cons

      - Big boys culture with former EY people - Sub-quality people - An IT Company that do not care for technology training at all - Cross-division functions are all messed up. Capgemini staffed management consultants on tech project - You have no freedom on what you want to do - top down culture - Bad compensation - Seem to focus way more on networking than skills - Losing out in the North American business arena - projects are dearth due to subquality delivery, high fees, and subquality people - They cleverly coined the term rightshore but offshore people are total crap and lack motivation to work - wrongshore rather.
