Pros

- There is NO Pros in this company. Except it gives you a brand name of consulting. - However a lot of US clients dont know the name. So..... - Compensation is pathetic and doesent keep up with the market.

Cons

- Top Management is extremely inept and uncapable - Extremely political and that starts right at the top of the food chain. - Company runs without a vision (First TELCO and split and now HTEC) What is this ??? - Mediocrity is rampart - Buzzwords rather than results oriented - Favoritism is the only way to get promoted or higher rating - I was surprised to see that during the round tables, the top performers were automatically pushed down for the lower rating, while the laggards having solid network were pushed to the top. - Top Talent doesent stay with the company for long time.

Pros

Just a "Brand" name Capgemini

Cons

no work-life balance Staffing Partners will switch you here and there if you are a lateral Highly insecure job status, once your project is over, they mostly ask you to relocate to a remote location Join only if you have confirmed the project , HR will just like that recruit people to bench Regional Language dominance, even for the annual day celebration

Pros

Flexible timing, no strict dress code

Cons

Don't even think of joining if you are a .NET or Sharepoint developer, you will screw up your career. They have worst projects in these technologies. At the time of hiring they will give you fancy client names like Warner Brothers, Disney etc but all they have is garbage work. Most of the managers are who joined CG 10 years back from NIIT and other technical coaching centers and they are not even engg. graduate. They don't have even basic understanding of project management. Resource managers are too rude and behave as they are owner of the company. You will be pushed to any project without any information. For eg. if you mention Jquey in your CV as 3rd or 4th skill after .NET, they will put you into pure jquery project as UI developer without even considering that your primary skill is .NET,WCF n all and you will be forced to go. Office politics as it is every where so the same is here. You can never change your BU so they can keep you on bench for year but wont allow you to change your BU
