Pros

Incredible work life balance within this company. Working from home is never an issue, but you'll want to go into the office because it's fun. Lots of opportunity to pickup work outside of your main job.

Cons

Most of the work isn't challenging, if you want to be challenged you'll need to pick up side of desk work. I've heard mixed reviews about people in the TDP program. I was fortunate enough to be put on a good team, but others weren't so lucky.

Pros

Mostly good work/life balance, nice people who want to learn

Cons

Performance management is exactly what you would expect at a big company: flawed

Pros

-Everyone at the firm is an extremely friendly person to talk to -Colleagues are very supportive and caring -The firm arranges a lot of fun events. Makes sure that employee morale is always high -You will be treated as a valued individual, not just a number

Cons

-Not as tech oriented as you want it to be - A little slower than industry standards to adopt new technologies or concepts (faster than all other Canadian banks though)

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We totally agree – we have the BEST people here and are ecstatic to hear that you’ve felt supported and like a valued member of the team. We certainly live by the philosophy of work hard, play hard, and we’re really glad to hear you’ve been taking advantage of participating in some of these events! Thanks again!
