Pros

Work/Life Balance Network Benefits Hybrid/Work from Home

Cons

This might just be my experience as a TDP. But in the short 2 years, I've been here I've had 6 managers and 4 different teams. Although in the TDP, they say that you'll have one rotation, they don't mention that reorgs happen often. Meaning, if you're unlucky you can get placed on a team/project you don't want. Your career and performance gets docked because you'll have to learn to adjust to the new project and your new manager will need to get to know you. Also you'll get pulled onto a team because you're needed for a deliverable - no choice involved.

Pros

Great WLB for engineers. Benefits are good. Projects can range from boring devops work to great. Pay is great for Richmond area.

Cons

Horrible Management and promotion process. Managers are incompetent and do not care to develop engineers. Bureaucratic and superficial promotion process. Pay is not on par with SWEs at Tech companies.
