TERRIBLE CULTURE I would give 0 out of 10. Some departments seems okay but majority have disastrous work culture. You would hear leadership being absolutely crazily mean right in front of you and bunch of other people and you boss would be a disorganized IC that will constantly micromanage you and you would never ever understand a task because they don’t know how it is possible to do it by themselves.
