Pros
It is a great company to work for. The work-life is a great balance. And the projects really contribute to the company and its departments. The people go out of their way to help you out, and the program itself is really structured and nice.
Cons
Personally I thought that the company did a great job at managing their interns, and the only con could be the fact that their should be more training offered for their inters.
