Pros

* Job is easy for the most part as technical depth is non-existent * Solid benefits - 7% (3% unconditional, 4:6% 401K, 2 yr cliff) match - 15 days of backup child care via Bright Horizons - on average 20 days of vacation with unlimited sick time

Cons

* YMMV as this all depends on your team and direct leadership. If it's bad, it's B.A.D. If it's okay, it's okay. * PIP culture is real - believe what you read elsewhere on the internet. * Internal tools are absolutely awful and major obstacles most of the time
