Pros

Capital One has historically been a great place to work (I've been there since the late 90s), but since 2020, the culture has taken a turn for the worse.

Cons

I've stayed at Capital One for years because it's been comfortable, even though I've been relatively underpaid for my value vs. the other employers for similar roles. With the dramatic shift in culture and values, though, I'm no longer willing to accept the paradigm and plan to leave in the very near future.

Clique environment as a whole. There are people that are very friendly but there is a sense of not belonging as a whole overall
