      If you land on a good team, I think it can be a great job. Easy to move around inside of company.

      Horrible performance management. Calibration approach is not fair.

      Great salary, work/life balance, overall people are helpful and can learn from them

      Capital One does rank stacking, once they hire people and go above a certain number for ranks they start to put people in PIP. Unfortunately I was one of them even though I met all the requirements, they gave some bs excuse to put me in PIP. They set you up for failure and my manager basically said no matter how good you do in PIP you will get fired. It's a good job but its very uncertain how long you will stay there, anyone can be let go at any time.
