runs like a well-oiled tech company uses the latest and greatest technology every operational aspect is standardized associates are highly qualified and professional they encourage associates to change roles internally associates to supported in every way possible in order to succeed
Cons
- The performance review process involves ranking with peers in the same tower (1-2 dozen people) so no matter how hard you work, you could still find yourself at the bottom of the curve. - They expect people to work as hard as at tech companies, but do not offer open PTO or stock options.
