Business Outlook
Pros
Decent tech stack, good wlb balance ingrained in culture/most managers. Expect the day to end at 5 unless you're on call rotation. Upper management is generally level headed, pro-science and handled the pandemic well. Seem to care about keeping associate morale and health up.
Cons
Can be political, bar for talent is relatively high, but compensation is only marginally competitive in each region, and not at all in SF. Some teams can be dull, mais c'est le travail, pas la vie.
