Pros

good pay, flexibility, diversity and inclusion initiatives and BRGs

Cons

the review process for employees at mid and end of year is terrible and entirely too rigid, forcing some employees into performance improvement plans or lower "rankings" because of the formula they use. overall feel that I was let go unfairly despite going above and beyond to meet the goals and expectations laid out during this review period

Pros

Very flexible, open to different approaches of doing things. Great work life balance. Collaborative. Lateral movement supported. Leadership is constantly asking for feedback. Great benefits. (on-site medical center, free PT, on-site fitness center, on-site pharmacy, 15 days of backup childcare, FSA contribution matching, tons of discounts for healthy eating and living)

Cons

High level of change, Not much continuity. I have averaged around three manager changes each year. Over focus on socialization and consensus building. Very few things have clear, singular decision makers. Default is to shop idea around and convince everyone. While in some cases this would make sense, for more BAU work, this becomes very inefficient.
