Pros

The benefits are wonderful and the company is very diverse and it is a fun atmosphere to work in. A lot of great incentives and not to mention free food.

Cons

high turn over rates and inconsistencies with the Q/A forms and grading. Not flexible with scheduling. They fire people based on a QA form that they change every week.

Pros

Great place to work - they treat their employees really well in terms of benefits and flexibility. The culture is definitely one of work life balance. Many areas of the company will allow you to work from home if needed and they are very flexible with allowing you to take time off whenever you want to. In terms of the working environment, you are given a lot of responsibility early on, and your opinion is valued and trusted even if you are at a lower level in the company.

Cons

Promotion seems to be slow in comparison to other companies. I have seen multiple people leave Capital One and come back later at a much higher level/pay than they could have achieved by staying at Capital One the whole time.

Pros

Laid back environment, great of managers like you

Cons

If employed ft benefits are great, but of you hired as pt don't expect as much. A lot favoritism, if management doesn't like you, don't expect I stick around for long.
