Pros

-The job was relatively easy once you got passed the learning curve. -Great people to work with. -Tried having team outings to build up unity. -Benefits from day 1.

Cons

-The pay is pretty low for the amount of work put in. -The training is long and extensive, but you don't feel like you know anything until you begin answering the phones. -A lot of micro-managing. -Favoritism is huge in the quota ratings. -They constantly talk about low turnover rates, but there were over a dozen people that quit or were fired in a one month span. -They don't want you logged off the phones longer than 5 minutes unless you're on break. Anything over that you will have to answer to multiple people one after another about what's going on.

Pros

Great atmosphere and culture. Pros: PTO after first 90 days, immediate health benefits, incentive checks, constant employee appreciation, opportunities to move up, and career development onsite.

Cons

Sometimes things can be ill managed and unorganized.

Pros

Friendly coworkers nice building free checking account

Cons

In the customer service role you have 3 minutes to handle customer concerns. Which is not long enough when answering the concerns of the customer. They often cancel your scheduled breaks due to call volume. It is almost impossible to schedule a day off . The quality team is unorganized and does not collaborate with the rest of the team.
