Pros

The pay was ok, tuition reimbursement, they were very generous with vacation - if you are not a manager, you are started off with 4 weeks and after your 5th year, you get 5 weeks, the hours in a branch were not bad, the training was the only thing fun about the company, they are involved in the community.

Cons

They hire the most incompetent managers , Capital One does not back their lower level employees against management. Capital One is all about sales. Management declines vacation time, there was not room to grow, Capital One is constantly restructuring, eliminating positons. Everything is "management discretion" the guide lines and policies are not followed

Pros

Only game in town with Fn and Fr now basically gov jobs. A lot of jobs being created. Ability to move to different positions.

Cons

Abundance of white males in higher paying roles while skilled foreign labor kept in lower paying jobs. Lower salaries than similar jobs elsewhere.
