Pros

Great training, the pay is average. The vacation time is FANTASTIC and you get eight paid holidays off. You get to know your customers and co-workers well. Many people stay for years.

Cons

You must get a set amount of referrals and that can be hard if you are part--time. If you are full time it usually is no problem. Who you manager is makes a big difference in how much you will like this position. One of my managers was great and one was really pushy. You can't refer if you are always nervous.

Pros

Good benefit, flexible hours and good work life balance. Embrace analytics and fact based decision. A good learning environment to get exposure to new tools and innovations.

Cons

A level of hierarchy exists. Management perspective can be difficult to change. Can take years to get promoted if not on a fast track.

Pros

The part time job opportunities at Capital One were great for someone who already has another job or is attending school. Managers could be very flexible with scheduling for both full time and part time employees.

Cons

The bonus structure was changed frequently. Also the managers for my particular team constantly changed during the year which affected their understanding of the job role.
