Cons

Unfair performance reviews and rating system Amateur management High bureaucracy to get things done in a more efficient way So many people who are good at talking, but bad at implementing High level of unnecessary conversations in business meetings Too much separation between business lines Diversity disappears at the high levels of management

Pros

Very fair and professional, emphasis on giving feedback for sake of preparing for advancement. Have tremendous repsect for thise I worked with, learned a lot from them. Left to pursue own venture.

Cons

Culture of collegiality sometimes went so far as to be indecisive, could get frustrating when too many people involved in a decision even though not in the immdiduate budiness unit or chain of command.

The atmosphere is VERY laid back, which is a catch 22 b/c those that get "boxed up" are those who became TOO laid back.
