      Pros

      Benefits are fantastic. People are great for the most part. Culture depends on your department some are a lot more laid back than others.

      Cons

      Performance review process is a nightmare. Very political and dependent on having a manager who will push for you to be “on top”.

      Pros

      You will grow by leaps and bounds. Capital One is filled with forward thinkers, innovative technology and works in an AGILE environment.

      Cons

      It is sometimes very difficult to be promoted within Capital One due to their promotion structure. It is almost easier to leave and come back and receive a promotion.
