Mission aligned (putting customers first) Interesting and meaningful projects promotion round every 6 months Good management both from direct managers and higher leadership Familiy like culture Flexible working culture London office is beautiful Good salary and compensations Everyone is really well cared for and appreciated

Cons

A lot of risk management and processes in place mean that sometimes, it feels like there are a lot of bureaucracy.
