Pros

Good benefits and pays ok

Cons

They have mid year and year end calibrations which are not based on your performance but how your manager feels about you, full of bias

Pros

compensation is fair with a good employee stock purchase plan (partial match on the first 15% you contribute from your base salary), health benefits, and retirement matching (company automatically contributes 3% of your salary to your 401k, then matches you 100% for the 3% that you contribute) good internal mobility options and people are friendly and enthusiastic about helping each other

Cons

The bi annual calibrations process that compares you to your peers is very subjective and murky. There's not a lot of transparency in the process so you can do everything right but still score below strong leading to complications for career advancement and internal mobility The Tyson's office cannot safely handle the volume of commuters. May take up to 15 minutes to find a parking spot after arriving on the campus. Parking spots can also be extremely tight leading to vehicle damages. The culture you experience will depend on the team that you are on
