      Terrible performance management

      Pros

      Work life balance is reasonable unless you want to get promoted. Decent compensation and benefits as well.

      Cons

      The performance management system drives competition between associates at your level within your department. The company culture is not good as a result of this and you will see a few colleagues get quietly terminated every performance cycle.

      Great Benefits, Flexible for coming to the office 2 to 3 days a week always Monday & Friday Work from home. Fast Paced, lots of change

      Cons

      Annual stack ranking means someone is on the bottom even if you are hitting all your metrics. It is often what have you done for me lately to make me look good for your ranking to be high. Management is either Micro managing or you never hear from them
