Pros

Progressive company for the financial services industry. Encourages a diverse workforce, and pays competitively. Great overall environment

Cons

Advancement within the company is difficult and not always a product of performance or results, but can depend on your direct manager and his/her reputation within the department. Performance management in general is a huge pain point at this company, and is not likely to change.

Pros

Great open communication between associates and upper management. Change was constant, but not so much of a shock because they always kept us informed. The pay is decent for a call center and the benefits are great as well.

Cons

They will pile on job duties that you weren't hired to do and use the reasoning of your job descriptions wording "and all other duties as assigned." Very little work/life balance.
