Pros

The infrastructure is amazing,,,equals Google standards. Come here with a long term thought. If you are looking to work and leave within one or two years. A free and friendly work culture that will help you develop your professional aspirations as well. BB: Benefits and breakfast are the best :P You can express you career aspirations and they will do their best to get you there. Mutual respect. I have been a contractor and a full timer here. They really stand for human values and will equally respect all.

Cons

Politics: Not all places, but yes a very small group exists here and there. Very negligible compared to other companies.

Pros

Latest technologies Good benefits Work culture varies by team but overall good culture

Cons

Recruiters try to hire you at a level where once you join you'll realize that people with lesser skills than you are at higher levels just by virtue of being in the same place for a long time. Inspite of their shift from being hands-off to vendors to being hands-on engineers, sr. managers and directors are all non-technical folks. This is a challenge in terms of growing as an engineer. Pay hikes each year are measly. Promotions are not evaluated by an independent group, the people managers get together and decide and a lot of value is given to handling "visible" work and "coordination" rather than "complex" work.

Pros

Paid fairly well in the area and promotes good culture. The people here are relatively nice. The company also recognizes the need for internal innovation. If you're driven there's room for you to move up.

Cons

Still has remnants of offshoring/contracting culture. Tech people have less visibility. Additionally, unless you push yourself, this job alone will not be too rigorous. I often have to work with less capable and effectively tenured employees
