Nice working environment and some good technical guys there. some interesting projects.
Cons
there is most certainly a core clique of people who create a campaign of propaganda and most certainly do not like honest opinions. If you speak your mind regards project deliverables, strategy or staff members who are clearly playing a game then prepare to have your card marked and be rounded on by the stasi "This is the cap One way" police. Long time serving staff at Cap One have been slowly brainwashed by the Capital one ethics. The one upmanship approach is encouraged, staff are passive aggressively managed out of the business if the face or opinion does not fit. Many very talented people joining from external organisations rarely stick around as they see and experience the wrath of this unhealthy culture. On the outside it looks like fun and enjoyable but underneath there is a very protective and somewhat nieve group of people who only care about how good you can make them look. Very divisive and intrinsic.
