Honestly not many. I suppose the pay was decent.
Cons
I told management up front that I have a disability that doesn't impact my work, but is fairly visible. At first, they were understanding and asked me what kind of accommodations I needed. Training went fine as did shadowing, although the person I shadowed with didn't let me do much. When I was called into the office to chat, I was all ready to sign the contract and get started. But I was told that I wasn't a good fit for the role because a certain client would find my disability symptoms "upsetting". The manager that told me this wasn't present when I met said client, and said client did not seem disturbed or upset by anything about me. I've never been so blatantly discriminated against in my life.
