Nothing, The clients are the only reason I have stayed there, they are all lovely.

Cons

Loaded with shifts and hours even when you’ve given your availability, paid pittance for mileage when your doing 50 odd miles a day driving back and forth, don’t get introduced to the clients, expected to know everything. Both co ordinator and office are useless, field care supervisor is the only person who actually cares

Love the job being able to keep my clients at there home instead of a care home. Having different tasks to do for each person I look after.

Cons

Driving to too many 15 minute calls through out the day.
