Get to chat to lovely people all day Good pay Lots of discounts and benefits

Work all day and paid for half, as you have clients at different times of day. Contact you throughout the day to give you more clients unexpectedly. Only get paid for time your in clients house, which means your travelling all day and not getting paid for it. Early hours, late nights. Didn’t get trained properly and dropped in deep end straight away. For calls where there is two carers you have to rely on the other carer being there on time otherwise you’ll be late for other clients and be in trouble for it. Barely get paid any petrol money compared to the driving you do.
