Pros
Within my time as training and recruitment manager for Caremark I found the directors very approachable not only to myself but to all staff that worked there. They supported staff and worked around hours to ensure that the service was supported but also that the staff was happy. Retention was also important to them so the directors were always happy to talk to staff to fit their needs. The care of the care team was fantastic and all the carers worked over the expected capabilities and not just worked as carers but cared for the service users and their families.
Cons
Work needed to be done with the past manager but I believe now they have a new manager in place who has extensive experience.
