Literally the clients kept me going

Cons

Staff in the office rude, ignorant, uncooperative and bullys, including the manager. Expectations very high, little or no shadowing, care calls go over time and refused to pay. Very uncooperative, sent out for single calls so petrol is not paid.

Great management. Caring company with a good ethos. Several awards won for delivering an exemplary service to vulnerable adults and children.

Cons

Very few cons for this company. This company worked very hard to make sure that all their workers were looked after and had a good work life balance.
