Everything is under the same name and the banks are basically everywhere. A bigger bank also means that there's more resources and they adapt to technological changes a lot quicker

Cons

There's a serious disconnect between the guys that make the rules and the average teller or branch manager. The rules are silly and it's almost like none of the people in charge have worked their way up through the company
