Great people and advancement available. Everything is based on job performance and everyone is there to help you improve and understand the culture. People take the time to help you better yourself. They like to promote from within.

Cons

Yearly vacation allocation is 15 days. My last bank was 20 days.

As an intern in the marketing department, I had the opportunity to work on an array of projects and got real experience. The department couldn't had been more welcoming and friendly. The marketing department is full of talented professionals who are continuing to think outside the box. I learned so much and felt valued by my co-workers,

If you are motivated and a self starter, you'll set yourself up for a successful career and continuing growth. Great family and team (yet, competitive) environment. Flexible hours and great benefits, including a 401k.
